Lisa Mladek was raised in the traditional family-owned dyeing business, so it comes as no surprise that she knows all the secrets of dyeing. As a trained textile chemist she believes that tradition is only worth passing on as long as it is superior to technological progress in terms of quality. Antonia Maedel studied textile design in London. She has devoted heart and soul to the art of weaving and knitting, and produces samples on her old loom. Meticulous attention to detail is given to each sample which is then carefully considered or discarded so that they are perfect before going into production.

rudolf does not compromise. The production process is also without compromise: the natural fibres used come from sheep reared under certified organic conditions. All rudolf’s products are made in local workshops within a 150 kilometre radius of Vienna.
